Great views and amenities, perfect for exploring the city
Stayed here for the weekend and loved the views from our room. The amenities were excellent – the spa, gym, and pool were all great. The location was ideal and made it easy to explore the city. We also enjoyed the variety of restaurants and the bar.
The room service was limited and not great value for the price. The decor in the rooms was outdated and the furniture was not very comfortable.

Amazing staff
In general: I am blown away by the awesome service my family and I received while staying at the Hotel The Manhattan. To start, my family visited Japan so that my son Alex could attend the Hikaru Utada concert on Sunday December 9th, 2018. We arrived at the hotel on Thursday December 6th and from the moment we stepped off of the limousine bus, the staff was right there to take our luggage from us and delivered them to our room. The room was breathtaking!! It was elegant and warm. The bathroom was so extraordinary from the deep soaking tub, to the warmed toilet seats. We used every amenity the room had to offer. Plush, terry cloth robes, slippers, so many toiletries were available. Much more than I’ve ever seen offered here in the US. My son got sick on Saturday night after eating something that his stomach couldn’t handle. That night I took him to the hospital via taxi of which the hospital called for me. Mr Ozama translated via telephone to the hospital staff for my son and I. He was treated and released. The following day, Sunday he still wasn’t feeling well and we ended up calling the front desk staff yet again, this time they called an ambulance and Mr Andy actually rode with us in the ambulance and stayed with us at the hospital the entire time we were there so that he could translate for us. Once again we were blown away by the care the staff was showing us. That wasn’t it, on Monday afternoon we ended up once again having the hotel call an ambulance because my son had declined even further and yet again the concierge personnel Ms Asami availed herself to ride along with us and stayed with us while my son was treated in the emergency room. This time he was admitted to the hospital and he stayed there for 2 days, until it was time for us to return home to Florida. He has pancreatitis, extremely painful. Ms. Asami continued to check in on me and inquired through out the day of my sons condition. We are truly thankful for ALL of the staff at The Hotel Manhattan we were always greeted with a smile and everyone was always willing and ready to meet our needs. Location and surroundings:It was very close to great shopping and restaurants. Service: Always greeted with a smile and ready to assist us in any way. Room: Everything was immaculate and comfortable with the exception of the beds. They were too hard. Useful tips: Bring 3 pronged adapter although the hotel will rent you one.

Marines Museum is near to the venue. Perfect for city trip. We liked the fact that we chose manhattan. Located within a walk to Lower Pond, which is about 300 metres away.
Nothing all good.

The hotel offered spacious and clean rooms with modern amenities. the location was also convenient for accessing shopping malls and major attractions.
some parts of the hotel were in need of repair and updating, which detracted from its overall appeal.
